There is few recipes that you can not make with extra virgin olive oil.
1 glass of sugar
Half a glass of extra virgin olive oil
180 ml mineral water
9-10 tablespoons of flour
Half a glass of crumbled hazelnut
Scramble the egg with sugar. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mineral water and mix. Then add the baking powder and vanilla and continue to mix. Finally add the crumbled hazelnuts. Decorate the muffins as you wish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
