Carrot Soup

 

Carrot contains a large amount of vitamin A which dissolves in the oil. It can only be absorbed from the intestines if it met with oil. If you want to benefit from not only the flavor of carrot but also the abundant vitamin A it contains, here is a delicious recipe:

 

Ingredients:

 

3 carrots

2 tablespoons of flour

1 glass of water Milk

6 cups of hot water

1,5 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

Half a teaspoon of black pepper

 

Add olive oil to the pan and let it warm. Grate your 3 carrots and cook until the carrots soften in the warmed olive oil. Add the flour and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. In another bowl warm milk and water and stir it slowly to your pan. After adding salt and pepper, continue to stir until boiling. After boiling for 5-10 minutes, your soup is ready to serve.
