Bruschetta with Mozarella

Bread, cheese, tomato ... There are those who can spend their lives with this trio, we know.

 Let's prepare one of the most favorites appetiser of these exquisite materials. One of Italy's most popular recipes: Bruschetta! In fact, different materials can be put in it, but the most well-known version is tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese. Garlic and extra virgin olive oil are added to this.

In this recipe, you can use white bread or sourdough bread or any of them you have at home. You can add flavor to its taste by putting balsamic vinegar on it. You can also add thyme or rosemary. You can differentiate the bruschetta any way you want.

150 grams  mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic

6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

7 – 8 cherry tomatoes

3-4 sprigs fresh basil

1 teaspoon osalt

7 slices  bread

For service:

2 tablespoons  balsamic vinegar


Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Cut the mozzarella cheese to the size of the tomatoes.

Chop the basil leaves. Grate the garlic and transfer all the ingredients into a bowl and add olive oil and salt.

After mixing it well, put it on the breads. Serve them with balsamic vinegar.
